It’s been a long three years since a one-month suspension kept Sha’Carri Richardson out of the Tokyo Olympics, but she’s back with a vengeance this year, ready to compete for glory and the gold at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

She qualified for Paris in the 100-meter sprint event at the United States Olympic trials in late June with a 10.71 time, 0.09 seconds faster than second-place finisher Melissa Jefferson.
