The Indiana Fever finally got their first win of the season on Friday against the Los Angeles Sparks. They won 78-73 and a big reason was because Temi Fagbenle got some good playing time.

She played 31 minutes and finished with 17 points, six rebounds, and three assists. She’s been a +12 for the Fever on the court this season but when she’s off the court, the Fever are a -81.

It has fans begging for Fever head coach Christie Sides to play her more.

“Temi is a coaching IQ test. If Sides doesn’t start this woman, she’ll fail it AND lose her job,” one tweet read.

“She changes the game for them,” another tweet read.

“She’s such a great player. I’m happy she’s finally getting the minutes.. now we need Grace to get some minutes,” another fan tweeted.

“At this moment in time, I think you start her and Aliyah. the movement between them 2 and the way the team looks with them on the floor is much better,” another fan tweeted.

Let’s see if Sides starts Fagbenle in the Fever’s next game against the Las Vegas Aces on Saturday. Tip-off will be at 9 p.m. ET.
