Ciara Celebrates Her ‘Billionaire’ Status in Music Community as Russell Wilson Helps Steelers Make History vs Giants

Ciara just can’t stop winning. Last year, she achieved more than 2 billion streams, but this year is bigger and better. On Oct. 28, the singer celebrated a similar accomplishment while at Sirius XM and Pandora’s offices. The streaming platforms had a surprise for Ciara— a plaque for reaching ‘billionaire’ status. What is this all about?

Well, it just so happens that Ciara’s discography sits at a couple of billions of streams and that’s the reason she got presented with an award for it. The ‘1,2 Step’ singer took to Instagram and shared a video on her IG Story that shows her holding a plaque that said “BILLIONAIRE.” Of course, her songs ‘Goodies’ and ‘Level Up’ had a lot to do with it.

Upon winning Pandora’s plaque for 3 billion streams, Ciara couldn’t keep the excitement to herself. “I’m here at SiriusXM and I just got surprised and presented with my special billionaire pandora plaque for over 3 billion streams. I feel so proud,” Ciara said in her IG Story as people around her celebrated the amazing feat that she achieved as an artist.

As for her net worth, ‘Celebrity Net Worth’ has estimated it to be around $20 million in 2024. But did you know that there is a different NFL WAG who is a billionaire in terms of net worth? Yes, we are talking about Taylor Swift! Earlier this month, Forbes reported that Swift surpassed Rihanna to become the world’s richest female musician. Swift is now worth $1.6 billion and Rihanna is at $1.4 billion.

But coming back to Ciara, while she is busy making waves in the music industry, her husband, Russell Wilson, is busy with his own NFL duties.

Ciara was busy attending the 2024 CFDA Awards the evening Steelers versus Giants took place on Oct. 28. But that doesn’t mean she missed the game. One of her IG stories showed her attending the award show and watching the game on her phone. The score then was 22-9, with the Steelers leading the game.

Well, Russell Wilson finally got the command of the Pittsburgh Steelers as promised and didn’t waste the opportunity to showcase his potential. He already won the last game against the New York Jets and it was time to beat another New York team—the Giants.

Wilson helped the Pittsburgh Steelers win their 22 straight MNF game against the New York Giants.
