While Stanislas Wawrinka and Novak Djokovic compete for the final victory of the 2015 French internationals, Paris Match delved into its archives. The opportunity to retrace the evolution of Roland-Garros through the ages, through the players who have left their mark on the tournaments since the first meetings that the editorial photographers were able to immortalize. By remembering, or even discovering, these moments historic French-style sports, where the first results of the matches were annotated with chalk while the players warmed up on the skipping rope, this return to the past allows us to find an authentic Roland-Garros.
