
So I signed up for my first iron man ( 70.3 Mont Tremblant Canada June 2025) wanted to give myself lots of time. I picked up and am Almost finished Joe Friel’s book the newest edition. What do you guys think of his programs and the way he teaches anything to add? What were some things you guys wish you knew your first time around?
Anything to add I’m confident with the bike and run want to improve a lot more though. This wil be my first big race of any kind and am coming into this at 24years old with limited knowledge in this sport.
