More than four years after first launching their comeback, My Chemical Romance are set to perform their 2006 album, The Black Parade, in full at next year’s When We Were Young festival in Las Vegas. This year, each act will play through one of their albums in full. My Chemical Romance are headlining alongside Fall Out Boy, who have not yet revealed their selection. Jimmy Eat World, Dashboard Confessional, the Used, All American Rejects, and Pretty Girls Make Graves are all on the bill, too. When We Were Young 2024 takes place October 19 and 20. This year’s edition of When We Were Young in October featured Green Day and Blink-182 as its headliners, with the Offspring, Gym Class Heroes, and a reunited Something Corporate on the undercard. New Found Glory, Motion City Soundtrack, and Say Anything, who were all on the 2023 lineup, are set to return in 2024. My Chemical Romance previously performed at When We Were Young in 2022.
