
Steffi Graf was born on the 14th of June 1969. She was a German professional tennis player. She ranked world No. 1 for a record 377 weeks and she also won 22 major singles titles. The second most since the beginning of the Open Era in 1968 and the third most of all time. Graf became the first tennis player to accomplish the Golden Slam by succeeding in all four major singles titles and the Olympic gold medal in the exact calendar year in 1988. Also, she is the one and only tennis player, male or female, who has won each major tournament at least four times.
