Premier League side Everton are at risk of starting next season on minus points.
The league may argue that Everton has incurred even more financial losses over a three-year period than revealed.
The Toffees were given a second points penalty, this time for two points, by the league for this season.
Per The i, the Premier League will assess figures to see whether the club merits a penalty for 2024/2025 as well.
Much will depend on how the season unfolds as well, given the Toffees could well be relegated.
