According to Alasdair Gold, Ange Postecoglou accumulated more points than any other manager in Premier League history in his first 10 league matches in charge of Tottenham.

Tottenham made a blistering start to the season as they came flying out of the blocks, with opposition teams being unable to cope with the intensity and aggression that the North Londoners showed.
Many were shocked by just how quickly Postecoglou had managed to convert a counter-attacking side into one that was hyper-attacking and pressed high up the pitch.
Spurs were sitting pretty at the top of the table in November, with the Australian winning three consecutive Premier League Manager of the Month awards.

According to Gold, the 58-year-old set a new Premier League record by picking up 26 points from the first 30 available.

Unfortunately, the wheels came off in the subsequent months after Spurs lost several of their key players to injuries and suspensions, with the Lilywhites struggling to regain the same momentum after that and eventually missing out on Champions League qualification.
