Arsenal eyeing ‘cut-price’ deal for Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin
Dominic Calvert-Lewin has reportedly emerged as a potential transfer target for Arsenal.
The Gunners have been linked with the Everton forward in the past, though a move failed to materialise for the 26-year-old.
Calvert-Lewin has made only 12 appearances in all competitions this term due to various injury setbacks, halting the progress he had been making in seasons prior to this.
Everton also missed the firepower of their No.9 last campaign, during which he was limited to 17 league appearances, but his fitness concerns appear not to be an issue for the Premier League leaders.
A latest Football Insider report has claimed Arsenal are ‘monitoring the availability’ of the striker and are ‘keeping tabs’ on whether a cut-price deal could be possible, should the Blues suffer relegation to the Champ
ionship.
